- Time Frame: Product damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with the item in its original packaging.
- Condition: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Procedure: The buyer must provide proof of the damaged product and packaging through pictures and wait for approval.
- Approval Request Status: Buyers will be informed whether their request is approved or not. Khushi Sweets reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for damaged products under certain conditions.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only as a replacement for the damaged product or store credit.
- Order Not Received: If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please contact us. We will coordinate with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
